GUI Missing

Proxy Switcher has been working fine for me for months, but I have not used it in a few weeks...so I load it up, and it says old proxy judge is dead, click to test anyway, I clicked...and it minimized to the system tray. Now, it won't maximize no matter what I do. I turn it on, it goes to the tray, and starts eating CPU, but no network activity. So I uninstalled it, and reinstalled it, no luck. This is the paid version, and I pay for proxy subscriptions as well. Please advise.

I'm sorry for the problem.
Please delete the corrupt proxy list file:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\EPS\list.dat (XP)
C:\ProgramData\EPS\list.dat (Vista)
After that you should be able to launch EPS again. Then please click the menu "Test"->"Setting" and replace the proxyjudge to
