i have 10 proxy site with different IPs
but they be slow

i want top ip and ports from USA that have a good speed(10 ip & port)
plz help me....

(for example this site have a good ip and port for brows the web
ray9.com
i want ip & ports as good a ray9.com..)
i'm waiting 4 your answer...
