I've been kicking around the net since 94, and used to be pretty up on proxies and such, but have not needed them in several years.  Now that I've found a need for them again, I was disgusted to find this planetlab/codeen conspiracy bullshit.  After some searching, I found your forum and hope to be an active member here.
