Speaking of helping, I have some questions, if it wouldn't rather answerring me:

1) About the general policy of the forum :is it authorized to use graphic signatures? I just wanted to know before putting one.
2) About SocksCap : I can't install it: self extracting error.
So I wondered if someone knew  another similar program.

HI I am looking to vote on a particular modeling contest w/ a proxy that canr know its me voting over and over but that i can just keep clicking vote? anyone?
