I'm a bit curious about my ISP because they have announced that they will be monitoring all bandwidth and will be punishing/dropping those of us who use more than 250 gigs per month.  For me; that's not really an issue but I still don't like the idea of Big Brother looking over my shoulder.  I've been reading a bit and saw that streaming vids, online gaming, downloading torrents, and anything else they can monitor gets added up.  Is there anyway around all this crap?

Thanks for replying in advance!

as for traffic amount there's no way to cheat ISP, they know how to count it & sometimes they cheat users Wink

as for torrents you can use encryption in uTorrent

also you can encrypt you all traffic using some VPN service or get it installed on some dedicated server outside your ISP etc Smiley
