I'm proposing to run a Subscription-based proxy based here in the UK. It would be a fully anonymous Proxy server.

I would run it 24/7 for a fee of $10 per Month per User. Each user would get a Username and Password to log in with.

The payment will be handled by PayPal as you can set up a Subscription so that it debits the required amount each month.

If you cancel the Subscription your Username and Password will be removed from the Proxy and you won't be able to use the Proxy again until you restart the Subscription.

I'd like to know what people thought of this idea. And whether they could give me any feedback on the idea.

Benefits would be speed increases as a result of a smaller number of Users and a more secure system as a result of not everyone being able to connect through the Proxy.
