FPL 1.04 is released

FPL 1.04 is released on 7 Dec:
1) Support custom leech list so that users can easily add links
2) More friendly to proxy sites and cause less load to them
3) Improve the "timeout" mechanism
4) Quicken Bleach's stopping process
