find dangerous proxies

Hi guys,

I am a new member on this forum. As I need seek for advice. I know that if I wish to check for dangerous proxies, I would have to use elite proxy switcher.

I have found the IP range that are dangerous to use:
http://www.my-proxy.com/content/proxy-knowledge/the-fbi-ips-ip-ranges.html

However, I have got a question: Are the ip addresses I have included the link are the most dangerous to use?

If you guess that they are dangerous to use, then I would appreciate if someone would post the database file for me to download, so I could use the programming language to against the ip range whether if they are safe to use or not.

Thanks for this Terry, so I have got question: If the IP address is something like 6.*.*.*, 25.*.*.*, 128.156, 128.157...etc are dangerous to use?

If they are really dangerous proxies for public use then I will update the codes in my blacklist.

I use 128.156.1.1 for example. You can look up it here:

You will found that IP belongs to NASA. It's a dangerous IP.
