Can not get even one working proxies in EPS

hi there !!! i don't know much about proxies but i need socks5 working proxies and for this reason i bought 2,000+ Proxies Daily (1 month) (19.65 USD) package about which they said i will get at least 40 working proxies but for last three days i am downloading proxy list on my EPS and when i start verification , it don't even show a single working proxy there . my OS is vista home premium with sp1 n 32 bit ... please help me to resolve this problem .. i even tried TCP-Z software but it didn't helped as well...

Did you use the latest version (1.07B) of EPS?
Please download the latest version here:
http://www.eliteproxyswitcher.com/EPS_setup.exe

If you are using the latest version. Did you use any Internet Firewall?
Please close the firewall or make it allow EPS to access the Internet.

many tnxx terry it worked ... i was using old version of EPS ... i just want to know is it possible to buy socks 4 or socks 5 ips from here or can any one tell me where can i buy socks 4 or socks 5 proxies ... once again many tnx for ur help terry
