buying proxy list or some other solution

I need to enter to a webpage always with a different IP, so I need an always working IP list... but since the proxies only have a short life time, I can't do this.

Is there any solution for this? I can buy a proxy list if possible, but I don't trust any site...

Just one question... If I buy a proxy list service, will I be able from a personal software to get the IPs easily?

I want my program to automatically download the IPs from a site and use them one by one.
Is this possible?

You need our software Elite Proxy Switcher (EPS) to download the proxy list. But you can just use ctrl+c and ctrl+v to copy the proxies from EPS to a txt file, then import into your program.
