I get the message below.. from Microsoft Windows below.
Is this a temporary problem?.
I downloaded 1.14. I had no problems with previous.
I tried to download previous but only page I can find
is version 1.14

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you is a solution is available.
