Your proxy list file is corrupt. EPS fixed it but your old proxies are lost

This message appears every time I start up EPS and it removes all previous proxies, leaving me with nothing. EPS worked perfectly a few minutes ago...
Any idea on how to fix this? I'm running on Windows 7 if it helps.

I forgot to add that I uninstalled, ran through CCleaner, and did a fresh install. Sorry, couldn't find an edit button.
