Why do I always get this message with using your proxies

Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections.

I just need high anonymous us ip's that cannot be detected as suspected ip in whatismyipaddress.com
and can access the site after entering username password and email on this page

was able to use a number of ip's now when I used the patch for vista
and no more suspected proxy messages at whatismyipaddress.com
I was also able to go to the next page of the site

however the IP listed at the bottom still has my original IP and not the IP I used

By the way what is the encryption of elite proxy switcher?
the site I was trying to access has 256mb encryption
so I don't know if this is the case

If the site is encrypted, it should use the URL beginning with https:// rather than http://. In this case you can only use https proxies to visit it. The column "Https" of the https proxy is "Yes" in EPS Pro.
