I'm Trying to install patch driver, so I try and run bcdedit.exe on vista x64, I even tried running it as administrator but nothing happens?

Thanks for your reply Terry. So I've got the newer version of TCP running right now but I am not sure of what to do exactly. I am reading the manual and I don't understand :/
