Cant activate EPS on my new computer

I have already emailed you about this thru support but I am getting no response.Still on holiday perhaps?
So, here goes. I have a new computer. I have paid for EPS Pro software. I cant activate EPS on it because it has been activated on my old computer.I know you can fix this as its happened before. Should be an easier way of reactivating the software than having to jump thru hoops. This is day number 3 I am waiting.

You can also run EPS Pro in your new computer. The software will be activated automatically.

I went to download EPS Pro from the customer area and its telling me that my license has expired? Whats the go with that?The same goes for my FPL software. Expired? I don't understand. Surely don't have to pay for that software again?
