Elite Proxy Pro keeps shutting down during sort

Everytime I try to sort my proxies by Anonymity or Country the Elite Proxy Switcher Pro shuts down and I am given an error message: "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly."

I have gone to: About - to verify my Serial Number and still it shuts down when I try to sort either of those 2 fields.

If I need to get another Serial Number, where do I need to request this from?

Maybe you are running the program in Vista 64bit. You can resolve it by running it in compatibility mode for Vista 32bit or XP:

(1) right click on the program
(2) chose properties
(3) click on the compatibility tab
(4) check "run this program in compatibility for"
(5) select XP or Vista 32
