Delete duplicated leech list?

Does FPL come with an option to delete duplicates in the leech list? if so, where would that be?

No. But you can use other software such as Raptor to do that.

Raptor is a feature-rich wordlist tool.
You can use it to quickly remove the duplicate in the proxy list or leech list.
