Create accounts in a forum using proxy

I want to have two different accounts on a forum so that the admins can not find out its from the same computer.

One account is already created. How can I create another account with a different i.p. address.
and then switch back to my original account from time to time?

You can use a proxy and clear the cookie before create another account. When you want to switch to the first account, you should use direct connection and clear the cookie again.
