Can someone help me got a proxy to work?

Hi, I am a little new here. By the way, I did as in the turorial (how to setup the proxy in the browser) and I still can't get anyone to work. All it says is "The page cannot be displayed".

Can someone help me find a proxy which will work fine for me?
