Bleach proxyjudge error when testing proxies

After forum proxy leecher has leeched through all my lists Bleach pops up with this message   ProxyJudge error. Please change your settings. All the proxies may timeout. Resume testing anyway ?

Please replace your proxyjudge (which is in the setting dialog of Bleach) with one of these ones:
