Why are you always a day late and a dollar short rugenyes. Didn't you read what has been stated above?
No one cares what your results are, because few people here believe them one way or the other. Who cares about generalized stats anyway, the only thing that matters is what your individual results are.
But, if you were honest, even your so-called results are flawed. Lets look at the most obvious oversights and gross exaggerations on your part:
1). You aren't taking into account all the Planetlab/CoDeeN proxies that FPL reports as high anonymous, and that you most likely filtered out with Charon ... thereby greatly reducing the proxies actually tested.
2). It would take Charon at least a week to test 34,000 proxies properly, and when you were done those that were reported anonymous in the beginning would already be dead.
3). Charon doesn't rate proxies as "L1 and L2".
